We have around 2,000 product suppliers in over 70 countries. We’re a fair partner to our suppliers by ensuring good working conditions for everyone in our supply chains. In 1999, we developed a set of principles in partnership with our suppliers. These principles set down our requirements for suppliers to comply with all relevant local and national laws, particularly on: working hours and conditions, health and safety, rates of pay, terms of employment and minimum age of employment. As our relationship with a supplier develops, we expect them to improve working conditions in line with the more demanding standards promoted by the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), a collaborative group of companies, trade unions and human rights groups set up by the UK Government in 1998. M&S joined the ETI in 1999. We use a combination of M&S, third- party and self audits to assess supplier performance which are logged on a shared database known as SEDEX. Results are reported in detail to the ETI and summarised in our annual How We Do Business Report.

From the Marks & Spencer Philippines online store homepage, register by clicking on the ‘Login’ link to the right of the search bar and M&S logo. Under ‘New Customer’, click ‘Create Account’. You will be asked for your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Account Password. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Currently, you cannot add or save an address to your account. You’ll need to enter this in checkout. You can, however, save your name and email address.

Payments made online via credit card go through an additional layer of security using 3-D Secure technology. 3-D Secure is a global authenticated payment program and interoperable technology standard for secure payment, more commonly called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, protecting merchants from chargeback losses and costs related to fraudulent or disputed online transactions. RMSI takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages and/or breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Exchange will not be processed without prior notification either through phone or email.

Since sizes of items may vary, RMSI may also accept exchange of item size within 30 days from the receipt of the delivery provided that the item is still available. RMSI allows/accepts this reason for EXCHANGE ONLY. Note though that while RMSI ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item/size may already be unavailable by the time you request for an exchange.
Please contact our Customer Service at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph if you wish to exchange your purchase. We will provide further instructions should you decide to exchange your online purchase to a preferred Marks & Spencer store.
Upon receipt of the item, RMSI will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. Once the returned item is approved for exchange, please allow us up to 8 business days to deliver the replacement item.
Replacements are limited to items with the same size and style/color, or with the same style/color but different size, as per your instruction. If the item is no longer available, RMSI will coordinate with you for a suitable replacement.
If replacement with a different color or size is not possible it may be replaced with another style provided that the value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or the current selling price, whichever is lower. Any difference in price shall be paid by the customer.
We will shoulder the shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement for returns due to wrong or damaged products received.
For change of size, we will shoulder the shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement if the product ordered is at regular price. Please note that change of size can only be requested once.
Shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement shall be shouldered by you for subsequent change of size request and/or if the product to be returned for size change is on sale or at promo price.

If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your Bag. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest. We’ll give you another chance to create an account after you’ve placed your order.

1. To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women, Lingerie, Men, Beauty, Home, and Food, and then the product type (e.g.: tops, trousers, dresses, etc.).
2. Browse through the products we have to offer, and when you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the color, size and quantity (for Food Home, and Beauty), and add to your Bag.
3. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order.
4. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your Bag and continue to our secure checkout page.
5. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. 6. Enter your details and click continue.
7. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details.
8. Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Submit’.
9. Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order.
10. You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your order, and a further notification when your item(s) are ready to be processed for shipping.
We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.
Saving items in your Bag does not mean a reservation. The facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make the payment. Note though that while we ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your Bag may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase. When this happens, you can pay for the items that are available, and keep the out-of-stock items saved in your bag. You can visit the site regularly to check availability.
Orders are processed during regular business hours, 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) will be considered as orders placed on the next business days.
All orders are processed after order confirmation, subject to the lead time stated above.

For Food and Wine, we deliver within Metro Manila only.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:

● Unit no., floor building name, compound, street name, barangay, town, province and zip code
The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. RMSI may not be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate/incomplete details provided by the customer.
If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct contact number, preferably a mobile number. The customer is responsible to ensure that this number is active should we need to contact you about your order.

We are normally able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. However, due to the volume of deliveries, orders placed during this season may take a while to process. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.

Returns Policy
RMSI takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages and/or breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Exchange will not be processed without prior notification either through phone or email.

Exchange
Since sizes of items may vary, RMSI may also accept exchange of item size within 30 days from the receipt of the delivery provided that the item is still available. RMSI allows/accepts this reason for EXCHANGE ONLY. Note though that while RMSI ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item/size may already be unavailable by the time you request for an exchange.
Please contact our Customer Service at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph if you wish to exchange your purchase. We will provide further instructions should you decide to exchange your online purchase to a preferred Marks & Spencer store.
Upon receipt of the item, RMSI will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. Once the returned item is approved for exchange, please allow us up to 8 business days to deliver the replacement item.
Replacements are limited to items with the same size and style/color, or with the same style/color but different size, as per your instruction. If the item is no longer available, RMSI will coordinate with you for a suitable replacement.
If replacement with a different color or size is not possible it may be replaced with another style provided that the value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or the current selling price, whichever is lower. Any difference in price shall be paid by the customer.
We will shoulder the shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement for returns due to wrong or damaged products received.
For change of size, we will shoulder the shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement if the product ordered is at regular price. Please note that change of size can only be requested once.
Shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement shall be shouldered by you for subsequent change of size request and/or if the product to be returned for size change is on sale or at promo price.
How to shop
Registration is not required to place an order. You may order as a Guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order for Marks and Spencer to place the order.
If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your Bag. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest. We’ll give you another chance to create an account after you’ve placed your order.
However, as a registered user, there is no need to input your information each time you order, you can track your purchases, and you will be informed of upcoming promotions.
1. To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women, Lingerie, Men, Beauty, Home, and Food, and then the product type (e.g.: tops, trousers, dresses, etc.).
2. Browse through the products we have to offer, and when you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the color, size and quantity (for Food Home, and Beauty), and add to your Bag.
3. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order.
4. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your Bag and continue to our secure checkout page.
5. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. 6. Enter your details and click continue.
7. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details.
8. Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Submit’.
9. Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order.
10. You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your order, and a further notification when your item(s) are ready to be processed for shipping.
We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.
Saving items in your Bag does not mean a reservation. The facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make the payment. Note though that while we ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your Bag may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase. When this happens, you can pay for the items that are available, and keep the out-of-stock items saved in your bag. You can visit the site regularly to check availability.
Orders are processed during regular business hours, 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) will be considered as orders placed on the next business days.
All orders are processed after order confirmation, subject to the lead time stated above.
Since it would not be possible to change or cancel orders after you have checked out, it is highly recommended that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before clicking the ‘Complete Order’ button.

For Clothing, Beauty and Home, we deliver to serviceable areas (click here for list) nationwide.
For Food and Wine, we deliver within Metro Manila only.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:
● Name of recipient
● House no. or lot/block/phase no., street name, subdivision, barangay, town, province and zip code
● Unit no., floor building name, compound, street name, barangay, town, province and zip code
The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. RMSI may not be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate/incomplete details provided by the customer.
If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct contact number, preferably a mobile number. The customer is responsible to ensure that this number is active should we need to contact you about your order.

We are normally able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. However, due to the volume of deliveries, orders placed during this season may take a while to process. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time, however it may be in separate parcels.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Change in schedule or charges due to holidays will be posted accordingly.
To protect the customer, packages will only be surrendered to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt and must present a proof of identification. However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification.
