We have around 2,000 product suppliers in over 70 countries. We’re a fair partner to our suppliers by ensuring good working conditions for everyone in our supply chains. In 1999, we developed a set of principles in partnership with our suppliers. These principles set down our requirements for suppliers to comply with all relevant local and national laws, particularly on: working hours and conditions, health and safety, rates of pay, terms of employment and minimum age of employment. As our relationship with a supplier develops, we expect them to improve working conditions in line with the more demanding standards promoted by the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), a collaborative group of companies, trade unions and human rights groups set up by the UK Government in 1998. M&S joined the ETI in 1999. We use a combination of M&S, third- party and self audits to assess supplier performance which are logged on a shared database known as SEDEX. Results are reported in detail to the ETI and summarised in our annual How We Do Business Report.

Currently, you cannot add or save an address to your account. You’ll need to enter this in checkout. You can, however, save your name and email address.

Marks & Spencer Philippines is joining the My SSI Life (MSL) Loyalty App along with over 80 luxury and retail brands for customers to earn and redeem points and enjoy membership privileges from all the MSL participating brands.
The My SSI Life (MSL) Loyalty App, which can be accessed through its app, is the loyalty program of Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI). Signing up on the app to join the loyalty program is free.

With a brand portfolio and store network of 96 brands and 555 stores, SSI Group is the country’s leading retail market that covers specialty and lifestyle concepts. Established in the 1980s, Stores Specialists, Inc. has been at the forefront of the Philippine retail industry for more than 30 years. Throughout this time, SSI has sought to inspire and enhance the lifestyle values of our customers, and to cater to the evolving tastes and aspirations of Filipino consumers.
M&S Rewards members will not be able to access their in-store and online Rewards accounts which includes viewing and redeeming of points as well as enjoying membership benefits after July 31, 2024. To continue earning M&S Rewards points and to transfer unused points, M&S Rewards members must sign up and register for a My SSI Life (MSL) Loyalty App account through the app at bit.ly/MySSILife, using the same email address he used to create his M&S Rewards account. MSL membership benefits will now apply to all members.
M&S Rewards members who would like to sign up for a MSL account can do so by downloading the app on their mobile device. Visit bit.ly/MySSILife or search the app “My SSI Life” on your mobile’s app store to download the app. Registration and membership is FREE.

Members still have access to their online and in-store account and enjoy the membership benefits until July 31, 2024. This includes availing of the membership discounts in-stores, earning and redeeming points in stores, earning points online and converting points to vouchers online. Afterwards, you may not be able to login to check your points online nor earn points upon checkout.

My SSI Life (MSL) Loyalty App members will enjoy benefits from over 80 brands which includes discounts, exclusive offers, raffle promos, and more. The MSL benefits and the process of earning and redeeming points will apply to all MSL members. The M&S Rewards benefits and process of earning and redeeming points will end on July 31 , 2024 and will not be applicable to members of the MSL loyalty program.
M&S Rewards regular members get to earn 1 point for every P200 purchase while premium members earn 2 points for every P200 purchase.
MSL regular and VIP members earn 1 point for every P200-P300 depending on the brand purchased. For Marks & Spencer Philippines, the MSL member gets to earn 1 point for every P200 purchase.

RMSI takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages and/or breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Exchange will not be processed without prior notification either through phone or email.

Since sizes of items may vary, RMSI may also accept exchange of item size within 30 days from the receipt of the delivery provided that the item is still available. RMSI allows/accepts this reason for EXCHANGE ONLY. Note though that while RMSI ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item/size may already be unavailable by the time you request for an exchange.
Please contact our Customer Service at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph if you wish to exchange your purchase. We will provide further instructions should you decide to exchange your online purchase to a preferred Marks & Spencer store.
Upon receipt of the item, RMSI will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. Once the returned item is approved for exchange, please allow us up to 8 business days to deliver the replacement item.
Replacements are limited to items with the same size and style/color, or with the same style/color but different size, as per your instruction. If the item is no longer available, RMSI will coordinate with you for a suitable replacement.
If replacement with a different color or size is not possible it may be replaced with another style provided that the value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or the current selling price, whichever is lower. Any difference in price shall be paid by the customer.
We will shoulder the shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement for returns due to wrong or damaged products received.

2. Browse through the products we have to offer, and when you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the color, size and quantity (for Food Home, and Beauty), and add to your Bag.
3. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order.
4. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your Bag and continue to our secure checkout page.
5. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. 6. Enter your details and click continue.

We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.
Saving items in your Bag does not mean a reservation. The facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make the payment. Note though that while we ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your Bag may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase. The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. RMSI may not be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate/incomplete details provided by the customer.
If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct contact number, preferably a mobile number. The customer is responsible to ensure that this number is active should we need to contact you about your order.

We are normally able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. However, due to the volume of deliveries, orders placed during this season may take a while to process. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.

However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification.

Marks & Spencer Philippines is joining the My SSI Life (MSL) Loyalty App along with over 80 luxury and retail brands for customers to earn and redeem points and enjoy membership privileges from all the MSL participating brands.
The My SSI Life (MSL) Loyalty App, which can be accessed through its app, is the loyalty program of Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI). Signing up on the app to join the loyalty program is free.

Returns Policy
RMSI takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages and/or breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Exchange will not be processed without prior notification either through phone or email.

Since sizes of items may vary, RMSI may also accept exchange of item size within 30 days from the receipt of the delivery provided that the item is still available. RMSI allows/accepts this reason for EXCHANGE ONLY. Note though that while RMSI ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item/size may already be unavailable by the time you request for an exchange.
Please contact our Customer Service at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph if you wish to exchange your purchase. We will provide further instructions should you decide to exchange your online purchase to a preferred Marks & Spencer store.
Upon receipt of the item, RMSI will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. Once the returned item is approved for exchange, please allow us up to 8 business days to deliver the replacement item.
Replacements are limited to items with the same size and style/color, or with the same style/color but different size, as per your instruction. If the item is no longer available, RMSI will coordinate with you for a suitable replacement.
If replacement with a different color or size is not possible it may be replaced with another style provided that the value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or the current selling price, whichever is lower. Any difference in price shall be paid by the customer.
We will shoulder the shipping costs incurred in returning the product and delivery of the replacement for returns due to wrong or damaged products received.

Registration is not required to place an order. You may order as a Guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order for Marks and Spencer to place the order.
If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your Bag. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest. We’ll give you another chance to create an account after you’ve placed your order.
However, as a registered user, there is no need to input your information each time you order, you can track your purchases, and you will be informed of upcoming promotions.
1. To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women, Lingerie, Men, Beauty, Home, and Food, and then the product type (e.g.: tops, trousers, dresses, etc.).
2. Browse through the products we have to offer, and when you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the color, size and quantity (for Food Home, and Beauty), and add to your Bag.
3. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order.
4. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your Bag and continue to our secure checkout page.
5. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. 6. Enter your details and click continue.
7. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details.
8. Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Submit’.

We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.
Saving items in your Bag does not mean a reservation. The facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make the payment. Note though that while we ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your Bag may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase. When this happens, you can pay for the items that are available, and keep the out-of-stock items saved in your bag. You can visit the site regularly to check availability.
Orders are processed during regular business hours, 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) will be considered as orders placed on the next business days.

If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

We are normally able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. However, due to the volume of deliveries, orders placed during this season may take a while to process. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.
