About Marks and Spencer

We are a leading retailer in the UK, with over 1,400 stores worldwide. We offer British style and fashion for Women, Men, Children and Home accessories. We are committed to delivering sustainable value and enhancing lives everyday through high quality clothing and homeware products. We have around 2,000 product suppliers in over 70 countries. We’re a fair partner to our suppliers by ensuring good working conditions for everyone in our supply chains. In 1999, we developed a set of principles in partnership with our suppliers. These principles set down our requirements for suppliers to comply with all relevant local and national laws, particularly on: working hours and conditions, health and safety, rates of pay, terms of employment and minimum age of employment. As our relationship with a supplier develops, we expect them to improve working conditions in line with the more demanding standards promoted by the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), a collaborative group of companies, trade unions and human rights groups set up by the UK Government in 1998. M&S joined the ETI in 1999. We use a combination of M&S, third- party and self audits to assess supplier performance which are logged on a shared database known as SEDEX. Results are reported in detail to the ETI and summarised in our annual How We Do Business Report.

Registration is not required to place an order. You may order as a Guest. However, as a registered user, there is no need to input your information each time you order, you can track your purchases, and you will be informed of upcoming promotions.

From the Marks & Spencer Philippines online store homepage, register by clicking on the ‘Login’ link to the right of the search bar and M&S logo. Under ‘New Customer’, click ‘Create Account’. You will be asked for your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Account Password. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Please provide a valid and active email address. The customer is responsible for providing the correct information necessary to receive email notifications and order status updates on time.

• Sign in to your account. Click on the ‘Login’ icon at the top right of the page.

• Click on your name and select ‘My account’.

• Click on ‘Change’ under ‘Profile’ on the ‘My Account’ page.

• Type your new email address in the appropriate space and confirm it.

• Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

• Sign in to your account. Click on the ‘Login’ icon the the top right of the page.

• Click on your name and select ‘My account’.

• Click on ‘Change’ under ‘Profile’ on the ‘My Account’ page.

• On the ‘About you’ portion, Change your name and click ‘Save’.

• Sign in to your account. Click on the ‘Login’ icon at the top right of the page.

• Click on your name and select ‘My account’.

• Click on ‘Change’ under ‘Password’ on the ‘My Account’ page.

• Type your new password in the appropriate space and confirm it.

• Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

From the login page, click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link. You will be prompted to provide the email address you used to register and click ‘Submit’. A temporary password will be sent to your email with a link to Log In and update your account information. The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and for ensuring that the email address is active.

Currently, you cannot add or save an address to your account. You’ll need to enter this in checkout. You can, however, save your name and email address.

We don’t automatically save your card details. If you would like us to save them for your next order, click the ‘Save this card’ option after you’ve entered your card details for payment. Alternatively, add a card on the ‘View and add payment details’ section of the ‘My Account’ page.

We will treat your personal information with utmost respect in compliance to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. For more information about our privacy policy, please click this link.

All our newsletters offer the option to unsubscribe to future emails. Please follow the directions on the newsletter. Please note that any changes to our email list come into effect overnight, so you may still receive an email from us on the day you ask to be removed.

If your promotion code is valid, it should appear as a discount in the order summary in your Bag. To check your Bag, please click on ‘My Bag’ at the top right corner of the homepage.

If your promotional discount isn’t showing, please follow these steps:

    • Our promotional codes have expiry dates, so ensure it has not expired.

    • Read the terms and conditions for the promotion code. The products you want might not be eligible and               some codes or offers can’t be used with others.

    • Check you’ve entered the code correctly, ensuring there are no empty spaces.

    • Check if the code has any capitals and double-check O vs 0, l vs I etc. If you can, copy and paste it into the ‘           Enter promotion code’ box.

We accept credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover) payments via Paypal.

Rustan Marketing Specialists, Inc. (RMSI; franchisee, Marks & Spencer Philippines) reserves the right to ask for additional reference from the customer (e.g., photo of valid ID), for the need to verify the payment made via credit card.

We currently do not accept payment by gift cards or gift vouchers on this website. We will look to offer this in the future.

We take security seriously and offer safe, reliable payment methods. If you are paying by credit card your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.

Payments made online via credit card go through an additional layer of security using 3-D Secure technology. 3-D Secure is a global authenticated payment program and interoperable technology standard for secure payment, more commonly called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, protecting merchants from chargeback losses and costs related to fraudulent or disputed online transactions. A transaction using 3-D Secure will initiate a redirect to the website of the Issuing bank to authorize the transaction. RMSI does not have control over the authentication method used by the issuing banks. After authentication, you will be redirected back to the Checkout page to complete your order. For more information on authentication, please contact your issuing bank.

If you used your credit card, payment will be authorised when you submit your order. We won’t take the funds from your card until we’re about to prepare your order for shipment, which is normally within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

Returns policy

RMSI takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages and/or breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Exchange will not be processed without prior notification either through phone or email.

It is returned within 30 days from purchase date Item/s should be unused, unaltered, undamaged, saleable and with original tags/swing labels and packaging

The following items shall not be accepted:

• Damage caused by extensive use of the product and normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by wrong use of cleaning products or washing instructions

• Damage caused by customer’s improper handling

• Merchandise already altered

• Merchandise from a multi-pack or set

• Merchandise purchased outside the Philippines

• Sale and promo merchandise

• Food and wine

• For hygiene reasons: toiletries, socks, tights, hosiery, lingerie, jewelry

• Counterfeit products

Since sizes of items may vary, RMSI may also accept exchange of item size within 30 days from the receipt of the delivery provided that the item is still available. RMSI allows/accepts this reason for EXCHANGE ONLY. Note though that while RMSI ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item/size may already be unavailable by the time you request for an exchange.

Please contact our Customer Service at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph if you wish to exchange your purchase. We will provide further instructions should you decide to exchange your online purchase to a preferred Marks & Spencer store.

Upon receipt of the item, RMSI will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. Once the returned item is approved for exchange, please allow us up to 8 business days to deliver the replacement item.

Replacements are limited to items with the same size and style/color, or with the same style/color but different size, as per your instruction. If the item is no longer available, RMSI will coordinate with the customer for a suitable replacement.

If replacement with a different color or size is not possible it may be replaced with another style provided that the value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or the current selling price, whichever is lower. Any difference in price shall be paid by the customer.

For change of size, RMSI will shoulder the courier/shipping expense for one-time exchange of regular-priced items only.

For the succeeding exchange and exchange of sale items, RMSI shall charge the Shipping Fee to the customer.

For damaged items (due to manufacturing/factory defect), delivery of the replacement item to the customer shall be free of charge.

How to shop

Registration is not required to place an order. You may order as a Guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order for Marks and Spencer to place the order.

If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your Bag. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest. We’ll give you another chance to create an account after you’ve placed your order.

However, as a registered user, there is no need to input your information each time you order, you can track your purchases, and you will be informed of upcoming promotions.

1. To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women, Lingerie, Men, Beauty, and Food, and then the product type (e.g.: tops, trousers, dresses, etc.).

2. Browse through the products we have to offer, and when you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the color, size and quantity (for Food and Beauty), and add to your Bag.

3. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order.

4. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your Bag and continue to our secure checkout page.

5. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. 6. Enter your details and click continue.

7. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details.

8. Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Submit’.

9. Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order.

10. You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your order, and a further notification when your item(s) are ready to be processed for shipping.

We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.

Saving items in your Bag does not mean a reservation. The facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make the payment. Note though that while Rustan Marketing Specialists, Inc. (RMSI; franchisee, Marks & Spencer Philippines) ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your Bag may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase. When this happens, you can pay for the items that are available, and keep the out-of-stock items saved in your bag. You can visit the site regularly to check availability.

Orders are processed during regular business hours, 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) will be considered as orders placed on the next business days.

All orders are processed after order confirmation, subject to the lead time stated above.

Since it would not be possible to change or cancel orders after you have checked out, it is highly recommended that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before clicking the ‘Complete Order’ button.

For Clothing and Beauty, we deliver to serviceable areas (click here for list) nationwide.

For Food and Wine, we deliver within Metro Manila (except Valenzuela and Navotas for Wines).

The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:

    ● Name of recipient

    ● House no. or lot/block/phase no., street name, subdivision, barangay, town, province and zip code     

    ● Unit no., floor building name, compound, street name, barangay, town, province and zip code

The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. RMSI may not be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate/incomplete details provided by the customer.

If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct contact number, preferably a mobile number. The customer is responsible to ensure that this number is active should we need to contact you about your order.

Please note that for the duration of the ECQ, our delivery addresses are limited. Please read here for more details

We are normally able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. However, due to the volume of deliveries, orders placed during this season may take a while to process. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.

Provincial: 10-18 business days

For orders placed from November 11-12, please allow us additional 2 days leadtime to process your orders.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time, however it may be in separate parcels.

Orders will be delivered by our official partner couriers

Metro Manila: Php150.00 for the first 3kg; Php 50.00 per kg in excess of 3kg.

Provincial: Php200.00 for the first 3kg; Php 50.00 per kg in excess of 3kg.

Handling and Shipping charges will be added to the total price of the items in the Bag after all Shipping and Billing information has been submitted in the Check Out process.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Change in schedule or charges due to holidays will be posted accordingly.

To protect the customer, packages will only be surrendered to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt and must present a proof of identification. However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification.

Please notify us through mail at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph in case of discrepancy and/or any signs of package tampering.

Over the years, we have faced challenges big and small, and we have always overcome them together as one community. The entire M&S team is working tirelessly to deliver to our customers and we are thankful to be of service during this time.

We’re sure you have some questions about your M&S orders placed online during the General Community Quarantine (GCQ), and we’re here to help.

Yes, you may place your order at marksandspencer.com.ph while the GCQ is in place. Clothing,  Beauty and Food are available online. Wines also available for delivery in Metro Manila.

As of the moment, we are able to deliver Clothing and Beauty orders throughout key areas nationwide. For Food & Wine, delivery is limited within Metro Manila. Before placing your order, we encourage you to check this list of all serviceable areas. 

Though our courier partners are committed to delivering your order, please note that some areas and barangays have stricter quarantine protocols than others. Should there be any issues with delivery, we will reach out to you immediately. Please ensure that the contact details you provided are up to date and accurate.

We are able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within10-18 business days. Registration is not required to place an order. You may order as a Guest. However, as a registered user, there is no need to input your information each time you order, you can track your purchases, and you will be informed of upcoming promotions.

From the Marks & Spencer Philippines online store homepage, register by clicking on the ‘Login’ link to the right of the search bar and M&S logo. Under ‘New Customer’, click ‘Create Account’. You will be asked for your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Account Password. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Please provide a valid and active email address. The customer is responsible for providing the correct information necessary to receive email notifications and order status updates on time.

• Click on your name and select ‘My account’.

• Type your new password in the appropriate space and confirm it.

• Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

From the login page, click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link. You will be prompted to provide the email address you used to register and click ‘Submit’. A temporary password will be sent to your email with a link to Log In and update your account information. The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and for ensuring that the email address is active.

Currently, you cannot add or save an address to your account. You’ll need to enter this in checkout. You can, however, save your name and email address.

We don’t automatically save your card details. If you would like us to save them for your next order, click the ‘Save this card’ option after you’ve entered your card details for payment. Alternatively, add a card on the ‘View and add payment details’ section of the ‘My Account’ page.

If your promotional discount isn’t showing, please follow these steps:

    • Our promotional codes have expiry dates, so ensure it has not expired.

    • Read the terms and conditions for the promotion code. The products you want might not be eligible and               some codes or offers can’t be used with others.

    • Check you’ve entered the code correctly, ensuring there are no empty spaces.

    • Check if the code has any capitals and double-check O vs 0, l vs I etc. If you can, copy and paste it into the ‘           Enter promotion code’ box.

We take security seriously and offer safe, reliable payment methods. If you are paying by credit card your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.

Payments made online via credit card go through an additional layer of security using 3-D Secure technology. 3-D Secure is a global authenticated payment program and interoperable technology standard for secure payment, more commonly called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, protecting merchants from chargeback losses and costs related to fraudulent or disputed online transactions. A transaction using 3-D Secure will initiate a redirect to the website of the Issuing bank to authorize the transaction. RMSI does not have control over the authentication method used by the issuing banks. After authentication, you will be redirected back to the Checkout page to complete your order. If you used your credit card, payment will be authorised when you submit your order. We won’t take the funds from your card until we’re about to prepare your order for shipment, which is normally within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

My Loyalty Card

Please note that your loyalty points and e-purse balance are not viewable and may not be used for online purchases to be paid thru check-out.

Perks and benefits of loyalty cardholders (such as birthday discounts and other in-store offers) are currently not available at the online store.

Returns Policy

RMSI takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages and/or breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Exchange will not be processed without prior notification either through phone or email.

It is returned within 30 days from purchase date Item/s should be unused, unaltered, undamaged, saleable and with original tags/swing labels and packaging

The following items shall not be accepted:

• Damage caused by extensive use of the product and normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by wrong use of cleaning products or washing instructions

• Damage caused by customer’s improper handling

• Merchandise already altered

• Merchandise from a multi-pack or set

• Merchandise purchased outside the Philippines

• Sale and promo merchandise

• Food and wine

• For hygiene reasons: toiletries, socks, tights, hosiery, lingerie, jewelry

• Counterfeit products

Exchange

Since sizes of items may vary, RMSI may also accept exchange of item size within 30 days from the receipt of the delivery provided that the item is still available. RMSI allows/accepts this reason for EXCHANGE ONLY. Note though that while RMSI ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item/size may already be unavailable by the time you request for an exchange.

Please contact our Customer Service at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph if you wish to exchange your purchase. We will provide further instructions should you decide to exchange your online purchase to a preferred Marks & Spencer store.

Upon receipt of the item, RMSI will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. Once the returned item is approved for exchange, please allow us up to 8 business days to deliver the replacement item.

Replacements are limited to items with the same size and style/color, or with the same style/color but different size, as per your instruction. If the item is no longer available, RMSI will coordinate with the customer for a suitable replacement.

If replacement with a different color or size is not possible it may be replaced with another style provided that the value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or the current selling price, whichever is lower. Any difference in price shall be paid by the customer.

For change of size, RMSI will shoulder the courier/shipping expense for one-time exchange of regular-priced items only.

For the succeeding exchange and exchange of sale items, RMSI shall charge the Shipping Fee to the customer.

For damaged items (due to manufacturing/factory defect), delivery of the replacement item to the customer shall be free of charge.

How to shop

Registration is not required to place an order. You may order as a Guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order for Marks and Spencer to place the order.

If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your Bag. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest. We’ll give you another chance to create an account after you’ve placed your order.

However, as a registered user, there is no need to input your information each time you order, you can track your purchases, and you will be informed of upcoming promotions.

1. To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women, Lingerie, Men, Beauty, and Food, and then the product type (e.g.: tops, trousers, dresses, etc.).

2. Browse through the products we have to offer, and when you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the color, size and quantity (for Food and Beauty), and add to your Bag.

3. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order.

4. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your Bag and continue to our secure checkout page.

5. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. 6. Enter your details and click continue.

7. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details.

8. Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Submit’.

9. Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order.

10. You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your order, and a further notification when your item(s) are ready to be processed for shipping.

We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.

Saving items in your Bag does not mean a reservation. The facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make the payment. Note though that while Rustan Marketing Specialists, Inc. (RMSI; franchisee, Marks & Spencer Philippines) ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your Bag may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase. When this happens, you can pay for the items that are available, and keep the out-of-stock items saved in your bag. You can visit the site regularly to check availability.

Orders are processed during regular business hours, 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) will be considered as orders placed on the next business days.

All orders are processed after order confirmation, subject to the lead time stated above.

Since it would not be possible to change or cancel orders after you have checked out, it is highly recommended that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before clicking the ‘Complete Order’ button.

My delivery

For Clothing and Beauty, we deliver to serviceable areas (click here for list) nationwide.

For Food and Wine, we deliver within Metro Manila (except Valenzuela and Navotas for Wines).

The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:

    ● Name of recipient

    ● House no. or lot/block/phase no., street name, subdivision, barangay, town, province and zip code     

    ● Unit no., floor building name, compound, street name, barangay, town, province and zip code

The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. RMSI may not be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate/incomplete details provided by the customer.

If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct contact number, preferably a mobile number. The customer is responsible to ensure that this number is active should we need to contact you about your order.

Please note that for the duration of the ECQ, our delivery addresses are limited. Please read here for more details

We are normally able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. However, due to the volume of deliveries, orders placed during this season may take a while to process. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.

Provincial: 10-18 business days

For orders placed from November 11-12, please allow us additional 2 days leadtime to process your orders.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time, however it may be in separate parcels.

Orders will be delivered by our official partner couriers

Metro Manila: Php150.00 for the first 3kg; Php 50.00 per kg in excess of 3kg.

Provincial: Php200.00 for the first 3kg; Php 50.00 per kg in excess of 3kg.

Handling and Shipping charges will be added to the total price of the items in the Bag after all Shipping and Billing information has been submitted in the Check Out process.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Change in schedule or charges due to holidays will be posted accordingly.

To protect the customer, packages will only be surrendered to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt and must present a proof of identification. However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification.

Please notify us through mail at custserv@marksandspencer.com.ph in case of discrepancy and/or any signs of package tampering.

We’re sure you have some questions about your M&S orders placed online during the General Community Quarantine (GCQ), and we’re here to help.

Yes, you may place your order at marksandspencer.com.ph while the GCQ is in place. Clothing,  Beauty and Food are available online. Wines also available for delivery in Metro Manila.

As of the moment, we are able to deliver Clothing and Beauty orders throughout key areas nationwide. For Food & Wine, delivery is limited within Metro Manila. Before placing your order, we encourage you to check this list of all serviceable areas. 

Though our courier partners are committed to delivering your order, please note that some areas and barangays have stricter quarantine protocols than others. Should there be any issues with delivery, we will reach out to you immediately. Please ensure that the contact details you provided are up to date and accurate.
