Can I still order from marksandspencer.com.ph during the quarantine?
Yes, you may place your order at marksandspencer.com.ph while the quarantine restrictions are in place. Clothing, Beauty, Home, and Food & Wine are available online.
Where do you deliver?
As of the moment, we are able to deliver Clothing, Beauty and Home orders throughout key areas nationwide. For Food & Wine, delivery is limited within Metro Manila. Before placing your order, we encourage you to check this list of all serviceable areas.
Though our courier partners are committed to delivering your order, please note that some areas and barangays have stricter quarantine protocols than others. Should there be any issues with delivery, we will reach out to you immediately. Please ensure that the contact details you provided are up to date and accurate.
When will my order arrive?
We are normally able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila within 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. However, due to the imposed quarantine restrictions, orders placed during this period may take a while to process and deliver. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.
Is it safe to shop online at marksandspencer.com.ph?
Your health and safety is our topmost priority. We continue to ensure that our items are packed in accordance with the highest hygienic standards, and that our courier partners have stringent measures in place to ensure safe deliveries. Nonetheless, we encourage you to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
