Over the years, we have faced challenges big and small, and we have always overcome them together as one community. The entire M&S team is working tirelessly to deliver to our customers and we are thankful to be of service during this time.

We’re sure you have some questions about your M&S orders placed online during the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), and we’re here to help.

Can I still order from during the quarantine?

Yes, you may place your order at while the ECQ is in place. Clothing, Beauty and Food products are now available online.

Where do you deliver?

As of the moment, we are able to deliver Clothing and Beauty orders throughout key areas nationwide. For Food, we are able to deliver within Metro Manila only. Before placing your order, we encourage you to check this list of all serviceable areas

Though our courier partners are committed to delivering your order, please note that some areas and barangays have stricter quarantine protocols than others. Should there be any issues with delivery, we will reach out to you immediately. Please ensure that the contact details you provided are up to date and accurate.

When will my order arrive?

We are able to process and deliver orders within Metro Manila may take 5-7 business days; for provincial locations, within 10-18 business days. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the pending orders.

Is it safe to shop online at

Your health and safety is our topmost priority. We continue to ensure that our items are packed in accordance with the highest hygienic standards, and that our courier partners have stringent measures in place to ensure safe deliveries. Nonetheless, we encourage you to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover) via PayPal.

I need to return a product. How do I do so under the quarantine?

You can find our usual return policy here, however, we understand that these are extraordinary times. In the event that the item you received was damaged, please reach out to our customer service team at and we will do our best to facilitate your request. All returns will be processed once the ECQ has been lifted.

Are any of your physical stores open?

At the moment, we have opened select stores where you can shop your M&S favourites.

  • M&S North EDSA - 11:00am to 7:00pm
  • M&S Eastwood - 11:00am to 7:00pm
  • M&S Abreeza Davao - 10:00am to 7:00pm

Do you offer M&S Wines online?

Unfortunately, due to the restrictions in place on liquor, M&S Wine favourites will not be available online for the duration of the ECQ. Do follow us on our social media channels for updates on when these may be offered and on new arrivals online.
