Defective bag with white stains and faux leather is cracking

I contacted your customer service as soon as I received the bag to check how I can return a defective bag sent to me. There are big white stains/patches all over the bag and the bottom part is cracking on the sides. I even sent pictures and I’ve been following up with your customer service, but I have not receive any helpful answer as to how I can get a refund or exchange. The only reply I got was that she will get back to me.

I recently sent another email a few days back, but I have not receive a response yet. The return period is almost over and until now, I have not receive a response how I can return the bag.
